All Pro Farms: The Wellness Brand Bridging Sports and Cannabis Culture

Background & Origins

All Pro Farms is a cannabis-focused venture founded by former NFL tight end Bo Scaife, based in southern Colorado on roughly 140 acres of land. After leaving professional football, Scaife went back to business school (earning an MBA) and gradually immersed himself in the cannabis sector. He describes cannabis not just as a business opportunity but as something that helped him personally through injury recovery, mental health challenges, and transition after football.

Scaife has said that the project is much more than farming—he aims to build a “cannabis-friendly destination,” eventually including visitor experiences, wellness elements, and even overnight accommodations. In one interview, he likened part of his ambition to creating a “winery for cannabis”—a place where people can tour, taste, and experience operations.

Mission, Positioning & Product Strategy

All Pro Farms positions itself as a premium, wellness-oriented cannabis brand. The branding emphasizes “everyday premium cannabis solutions” and “mood-based” product lines (i.e., selecting products by mood or desired effect). The site invites customers to “find your mood” through their offerings.

Scaife sees All Pro as especially relevant for athletes and professionals dealing with chronic pain, mental health challenges, or recovery needs. He frames cannabis as a tool to give people more control over their health, relieve suffering, and offer alternatives to opioids or other pharmaceuticals. He often discusses how cannabis became therapeutic for him during his multiple ACL injuries and in managing anxiety, depression, and recovery from pain medications.

Beyond the product side, Scaife also emphasizes education, advocacy, and stigma reduction. He calls out the systemic barriers for Black and Brown entrepreneurs entering the cannabis industry and positions All Pro as both a commercial venture and a social equity statement.

Operations, Current Stage & Future Vision

At present, All Pro Farms is operating in a developmental phase. The cultivation infrastructure is being built from the ground up, designed specifically for cannabis rather than retrofitted buildings. Scaife has noted the challenge of utility installation (water, power) and regulatory complexities in remote Colorado land.

The brand is also already selling product lines in Colorado dispensaries under their “moods” framework. Meanwhile, phase two and beyond includes rolling out visitor experiences, wellness offerings, possibly lodging, and creating immersive events (e.g. “Smoke Session” style tasting events).

Among his goals: scaling the brand beyond Colorado, influencing policy and perception (especially among athletic and business communities), and solidifying All Pro Farms as a distinct, experience-driven cannabis brand.
